Interfere with other users or the Service’s integrity
Use APP51 to build malicious, deceptive, or harmful apps
Misuse our branding, logos, or proprietary elements

4. Intellectual Property
APP51, including its software, design, trademarks, and platform features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use our IP without prior written permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all fees associated with your plan
Allow recurring billing if applicable
Review the pricing and refund policy posted on our site
We may change pricing or features with notice. You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to APP51 at our sole discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
You may also cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

APP51 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
That data loss will not occur
That results from using the platform will meet your expectations
Use the platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APP51 shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance.
